I agree. So why make the threat? They made the threat to make the NK people think that NK is a world power, which it is not.
Trump has done the right thing in responding to the threat with a promise to unleash a retaliation that will leave NK knowing it has no friends anywhere. While taking out the ruling regime.
Clinton or Obama would have done the same thing.
