My Worst Fuck Up?
Don't read this if you love Mustangs.....
On 11/3/97 I bought a brand new 96 Mustang Cobra Convertible. On 11/12/97 less than 10 days later. I'm doing about 110mph on the Interstate heavy construction, weaving through cars, and theres a gap between two cars that I figure if i go a little faster I could make it-So I drop down. already doing 110mph, into 3rd gear. Zoom! 125mph...I made the gap, then my backend fishtailed I lost control of the car I was completely horiziontal with the direction of oncoming traffic. Then I spin the other way Rear End hit the wall, the impact spun me in the opposite direction and front end hits the wall - a total of 1,2,3,4, 5 times by the time smoke cleared my front bumper was about 1/4 mile behind my car.
I didnt even go to the hospital. There was blood on the airbag but I was fine, even if I was hurt I was so worried about my car that I wouldnt have felt a thing......Witnesses were amazed that I was even alive. I hopped right and started asking "Is it totaled?"
That's the worst fuckup ever...People at the job were still telling me nice Mustang - and didnt even realized I had totaled it.
Single car accident by the way-I was lucky for that......
