they are only prosecuting the sickest shit. in the videos in question a chick was kidnapped and raped. it doesn't sound like they are prosecuting nudity or sex. i'd watch it if you sell gay or lesbian content though. some communities might think that is obscene.
not saying that its right, but these are the facts.
if you get nabbed, call the aclu right away. i've used them before over some freedom of speech shit. they are great.
