Heres a math equation. 8 billion in Debt and cutting all the wrong places. Plus raising taxes to push more businesses out of the state. With less businesses and more taxes thats not very good Elementary math skills if you ask me. That just says the state is going to go even further into shit. So adding it to 8.07 billion aint going to hurt the state. To getting someone in there who knows what the fuck to do. I think Warren Buffet is on the right path with Arnold to turning this state around!
