Wrong answer -- they could be shot down before they fall in the sea.
Kim is not violating South Korean, Japanese or other territorial airspace on Kim's pull-my-little-pud demonstrations of his missile threats. Kim's bluffing and getting away with it and the world is letting him do it for some strange reason.

I remember the Cuban missile crisis and remember how Kennedy called Khrushchev's bluff with a naval blockade. North Korea is not an island but we can mine North Korea's harbors and enforce a naval blockade -- North Korea still at war with the United States. They want war -- give it to them! What is to stop satellite surveillance images of trade-goods, weapons or military elements moving into North Korea from China or Russia being shown to the world? Attacking a US satellite would be an open act of war ...

Instead we have a bloviating fool for a President and commander-in-chief spewing nonsensical threats on Twitter to and about North Korea ... SAD!
