Putin is scared as fuck of power and someone just told him that he can spy on everyone in the Internet if VPN will be "banned". Course nothing will be done (as usually), but that smart-ass "someone" will put milliards of dollars into his own pocket, because Putin will pay it. I don't know if you heard about that, but yet a year ago Putin has decided that he wants to
copy the whole Internet to a magnet disk. Check this out:
