I just had about 750 people move in to the apartment next door, but they all speak spanish and I don't.

how would I politely say something like this in spanish?

"Please quit playing your stereo so loud in the mornings. I work nights and your music makes it difficult for me to sleep."

also

"If you don't stop with me asking politely, maybe I can call the police and have them come ask you."
