so something must be wrong with your idea when you see in some western countries an increase of live standard and in the US a decrease.
the reason is that US have handled ALL financial crisis after cancelling the gold standard by debts. especially the private sector was here the one what was used to push the local economy by giving loans over loans. giving creditcard by creditcard - but what they forgot in this game is, that one day every loan have to paid back.
in this days you canīt push the us economy anymore by giving more loans because citizens are already at the end of their credit-worthiness.
the one and only way out of that is the global market and thinking about other products to export as weapons, oil and coal.
with other words: the us government has been sleeping too long and used the same antibiotic to cure the same disease. as we all know every virus and every bacteria will become resident with the time.
to push a person like trump into the presidentīs chair is the WRONGEST thing you can do because his "success - story" is basically a result of this wrong politics of the past and all he can think and do is how to get the rich people richer.
and he does it in such an obvious way that everyone who still believes in him can be classified as superdumb.
america is such a smart country with such smart people on one site and 25% super idiots on the other side who are victims of populism whose opinion is not supported by any education or skills. they just believe blind in the devil dressed in resister uniform.
