Not the most professional approach to getting an answer to a question, starting a thread with that topic name, you could've just sent us an email and we would have looked into this for you.
You obviously got an ePassporte account because you thought it would benefit you in some way. It can. Perhaps the issue with your withdrawal is a currency conversion problem somewhere or some weird ATM fee. I don't know. Send me your ePassporte account name and we will look into it.

As for the fees, yeah, you bet there are going to be fees. But I want to look at your transaction specifically and see what's what before I comment more about that.
All I can tell you is use it or don't. No one is holding a gun to your head. It's a damn good product with features you can't get anywhere else. If there has been an error somewhere, we will correct it. If you need help in understanding how to make the most of it, we will explain it. That's it.
