This show how stupid is Trump - trading is a game and you cant win by simply imposing special rates on import. Austrians found way to manipulate it, as they cant ban import as being a part of EU, they simply established law which require how only pork with specific rules can be sold on their market which just happen how only locally made pork can follow.
