As an example, I'm fine on camera (though admittedly not with a 3rd party filming, never done that, and I'm sure that adds a fair amount of 'stress', pretty obvious really), but bought one of those cock dildo maker things from lovehoney etc, and once the mould is made you have about 90 seconds for it to set - the 'worry' over that and imagination saying 'this'll be the time my hardon disappears' caused exactly that, it started to go, the stuff was setting, it all turned comical and that was 30 sovs or whatever straight down the shitter lol.
