The world's birth rate has been cut in half in my life time. The biggest concern when I was on school was population growth and over running the planet. Now over a third of the planet is at or near zero population growth. We get Africa and India educated and this problem will have been solved.
We attacked Iraq over oil. Not sure where ever heard anyone talking about culling the herd.
