So after talking with John, we've determined that this isn't an issue with NATS URL's, and seems like some affiliates that went and tried to make some custom changes to links, which ends up only passing along the campaign ID.
So unless you went in and made hacky changes to links, this shouldn't affect you. Again, if you notice a traffic drop starting June 1st or August 1st [really, specifically those days] hit me up and we'll figure out why and how to move forward.
