I've been on this before and it's a blast. The company provides the gear like raincoats, life preservers and hats. The boat trip takes you up the river to a series of seriously scary rapids, each more scary than the last. At each one, the boat pilot goes apeshit and drives the boat into crazy fast-moving water, rapids and vortexes.

You don't just get wet - you get completely soaked with what feels like tons of freezing water. Don't bring a camera or a phone. If you try to take a picture it will most definitely wash overboard.

The water will feel good but still very cold even on the hottest day of the year. They give you hot chocolate to help you warm up after the trip.

This is a crazy fun ride that everyone will enjoy. HAVE FUN!!!
