Yup the Hollywood Prime is very good. We also went to Jacksons
Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale.....also very, very nice.
Filet Mignon is the best part of meat though...
Japanese have a special type of Filet Mignon....they nurture the
cows with extreme care....they get massages with beer every
day so the meat is very tender....It's very exclusive and expensive
meat. A farmer only has to raise 4 of these cows to be settled.
It does however takes year before they are ready. They also get
a very balanced diet. I forget the name I'll try to dig up some info
