some time ago a friend said to me right when I was starting out ... "Everyone shaves, some intentionally - some unintentionally. Sometimes traffic gets lost, sometimes cookies get crunched. The sooner you get over that the sooner you'll make money. The goal isn't to promote someone else, if you want to do that go work in a cubicle."
assume every sponsor shaves and that as long as you send traffic to someone else - you're making a little or a lot less money then if you utilized it yourself. no one will ever say a word that they shave... because they have the money. remember that and someday you might be lucky enough to be the one doing the shaving.
