Unless Edmonton has special laws , your balcony is a COMMON AREA with exclusive usage by you , just like your EXTERIOR walls .... So by-laws of the HOA applies to your balcony ...
Your entrance is a straight forward COMMON AREA as it is not used by any single owners.
Waiting to see you on '' Neighbours murder '' on A&E ....
