Today was a real eye opener for us all...backup is so tight here guys, from battery backup for the interim switch between converting to the backup generators from normal power, to running full steam on diesel power, and not a second of downtime today, not to mention a diesel station across the street if we needed to use backup for extended periods of time (we could literally go months!)...
WHAT WE LEARNED:
We're upgrading the offices as well to have a few days back up, we only had a few hours on ups then replacing those with new ones as they died...all in all a hectic, yet an educational one to say the least ...
Thank you to all of our clients who totally held back on support requests, knowing what we were going through. Rest assured out staff is working around the clock to get to each and every request.
