It all depends on what you mean by *rebuild*. Frame off restorations are only for those who are equipped to do it. Pay someone to do it and you could spend another $20,000 easily. Frame rot is the most concern with 60's-70's classic cars.... you can get parts for any that have demand. If the car comes out of a dry climate like Arizona pick it up by all means. If it comes out of the areas like the Great Lakes bypass for sure. It will suck you dry for everything that has not only rotted with age, but because of where it came from.
