Makes a lot of sense. He was getting pretty nonsensical even for himself, lately. The Comey hearings just made the bell ring louder.
Hopefully he can enjoy the remaining time he has with the family. The form of cancer he has is very bad.
Now get a real Republican appointed to his seat. Then work on getting Flake ousted.
