Chateau Brion The Best of the Best, its a massive cut of beef enough for at least two people. In San Diego you can get a passable Chateau Brion from the Hindquarters on Mira Mar Road.

My butcher makes me Chateau Brion when I want it. Kobe beef is over rated.
2" dry aged porterhouse is my current staple for the grill
but out I like a medium rare filet.
