Go for a Kobe or "Wagyu" steak. Delmonico/Rib eye cut. You will love it.
The fucker is VERY tender. Best piece of meat ever!
However, if you don't like dropping $80 on a 12 oz piece of meat.. I prefer regular aged delmonico cuts, as I like my meat medium - medium well. if you like your meat to moo.. I suggest a filet or NY strip.
If you live in Cali.. go to the Meat locker on TO blvd in Thousand Oaks/westlake village. They have the best tri-tip sandwich you would ever eat:-)
