Huge programs like ARS, Top Bucks, etc... may do up to 1,000 signup's/rebills per day on all of their sites combined with the power of countless affiliates promoting them. At least that number has been speculated in here before, but there's no way to verify that unless it comes from them.
So to say 100 per day on a medium sized single site run by you alone is unlikely.

Ugh ? lot more than 1000 ... my friend alone do more than 150 signups daily and hes not in the top ... He did 500+ signups on his best days ...
