This is correct. Not only are the electric vehicles worse for the environment when you factor in mining for the batteries, they are a taxpayer ripoff. Tesla exists only because they got 5 billion taxpayer dollars.
You people seem oblivious to the fact that not all combustion engines run on fossil fuels. You know a diesel engine can burn plant-based fuel too, right? Hemp fuel burn 90% cleaner. The solution is farmers growing energy crops, not destructive mining to make batteries.
