You can't "escape" a "penalty" if there is NO crime committed and no penalty involved to begin with.
Just because CNN, The NY Times, Washington Post, and the rest of the establishment so desperately WANTS there to be some kind of "wrongdoing"...doesn't make it a fact.
Bottom line: The Clinton Campaign OPENLY "colluded" with Ukraine. They held the meetings at the Ukraine Embassy.
This was all known by the FBI, Congress...and the fake news media.

It was well known by the FBI, Congress, and the fake news media...and even REPORTED by Jared Kushner back in April as part of his vetting for his White House position.
So what is the difference?
The difference is you hear NOTHING about the Clinton campaign's meetings with foreign govt.'s
And there is 24 hour wall-to-wall coverage of Trump Jr. on CNN right now.
No other news. NOTHING is happening in the entire world on CNN except Trump Jr. and "Russia".
You can tune in to Fox News or even MSNBC and they have actual news shows that do the news of the day. And yes, that includes the Trump Jr. story.
But CNN? There is NO other news.
No Syria. No North Korea. No bombing at the Air Force recruitment center. No Ukraine vs. Russia. Nothing...ONLY Trump Jr.
It's the only news.
And it's been "Breaking News" now for the last 24 straight hours.
And it's all "panels' of "experts" calling for impeachment and babbling about "treason" , etc.
Dude...if that isn't a double standard and total hypocrisy...then I don't know what is.
