Signing executive orders is not legislation, and can be undone by the Democrat president in 2020. Don't let the facts get in the way of your propoganda.
Obama HAD to create executive orders because McConnell deadlocked any legislation for 7 years.
Trump has the majority in congress and is signing executive orders created for him instead of doing permanent legislation. Lazy and temporary.
