NC dumb dumbs start to understand why the EPA & regulations are imporant..

People in North Carolina a Republican strong hold and also a state which often snubs it's nose at the EPA and other federal regulations are starting to figure out why those regulations are a necessity.

Wilmington, NC is a area with elevated amounts of cancer cases in fact there is a group there called "cancer moms" because so many young kids there get cancer has a little drinking water problem...

N.C. drinking water tainted with chemical byproduct for decades? - CBS News

It turns out DuPont who has a factory there has been dumping by products of a cancer causing chemical into the Cape Fear river since the 1980's. State officials have known about it and did nothing. There was even a study done by the water management company which showed there was cancer causing chemicals in the drinking water and it was hidden from the public.

See dumb dumbs, this is why it's important that the EPA has strong regulations on pollution and not watered down regulations with loop holes that allow companies like DuPont to dump cancer causing chemicals in your drinking water..

NC is also the state which a bit over a year ago had a coal ash spill into the drinking water of yet another town and the Republican run state told people the water was safe to drink..

It's a shame kids have to get cancer that was preventable all because dumb dumbs are more worried that a company like DuPont makes good profits and skirts around responsibility and not so worried about human lives & our environment.. Don't worry fellow Red Hats in NC, you can always buy bottled water.. just make sure to pull on your boot staps and check to see if that water was bottled in NC before you drink...

Obviously we need less regulations and to find out who leaked this to the mean press!
