I moved there from a horrible host. I bugged Brad repeatedly during the transition and he was always helpful, kind and never lost patience with an amnesiac! His support staff is top-notch, too. They made my transition smooth as possible. My site(s) load quickly and that's a huge need for all of us.
My old host is so bad that I emailed eighteen days ago to tell them I left but my access to their homemade pathetic control panel is still valid! They never responded to me either.
How many company owners take the time to help you??
