Then we go back into the "no matter what we do we look like shit". If he files the complaint and has to go under oath, Trump looks bad. Imagine putting the president under oath and being able to ask him whatever questions we would like - Perhaps we should ask him if he has had sexual relations with any women other than his wife. If he doesn't file the complaint, now he looks like he has something to hide.
