Hmmm should we trust the legal opinon of you, Bladewire, Crockett, Andy or should we trust the legal judgement of the Constitutional law professor at Harvard, Alan Dershowitz? And his command of the constitution makes it extremely clear that Trump can not only flirt on the edges of asking the investigation to stop of Flynn. He could flat out demand it ends immediately. He could 100% legally pardon Flynn today if he wanted too. And he can fire Comey, which he did. Now if you want to ask if its an ethical issue. Sure, I'd be on the same page as you. But legally, he can demand it be stopped. Dershowitz says that he starts destroying evidence, tapes etc, then you got something to work with criminally.
However, I know who I trust to actually know the law.
