Task: the Plane (jet or screw) stands on a runway with a mobile covering (a kind of conveyor). The covering can move against the direction of move of the plane. It has a control system which traces and arranges speed of movement of the surface so that speed of rotation of wheels of the plane will be equal to speed of movement of the surface. Question: Could the plane take off and fly up from such a runway?
