Reparations are an issue between ancestors of slaves and the Dutch who, for 300 years, plucked them from their homeland and transported them all around the world, including America, forcing them into slavery.
Many racists HATE the Dutch because if it wasn't for them the blacks wouldn't be everywhere in the world, on every continent.
Spend 5 minutes and see what the Dutch did to blacks, and tirelessly redistributing the world's population nonstop for 300 years.
