Well, that IS a point I have made in the past on these boards. I mean, there is modelling, and then there is "modelling"..... There are modelling sites like modelpromote.com which have portfolios of models in order to get them more work in modelling. Teen model sections are often included in such sites, and some of the models do have their own sites, links to their sites are often included in the portfolio pages of the modelling site. Is it wrong? Personally I don't think so. Teens are just as eligible to do modelling work as any other model. Teen models pose for lots of advertising out there, so showcasing some of their work on a modelling database isn't out of line.
But that is vastly different from sites that market the girls in an obviously sexual context, and invite surfers to pay to see "more of them" etc.
One is professional, the other.... isn't.
