Our company takes care of the customer service for a number of sites and affiliate programs. When customers call us asking to cancel, we always ask a reason and in cases that the customer does not like the content of the website, we like to cross-sell them to another site.

Sometimes, however, our clients do not operate a site in the particular niche that a customer is looking for. We're looking to work with a few affiliate programs that run quality sites. What we'd like to do cross-sell this customer a free trial on another site that matches his interests.

We would make the offer to the customer directly over the phone or e-mail and after getting their verbal or written confirmation, we'd sign-up the customer at your site. We already have all the customer info on-file, since they had an account with one of our clients. The customer would be informed by us directly that the membership would rebill after the trial period.
