His security clearance should immediately be removed pending this investigation. You might be able to say oh hey they didn't do it purposely "IF" there were ZERO other issues with-in the Trump transition team and no other connection to Russia as example. However the Trump admin was already under fire for connections to Russia and "KNOWING" that they choose to hide and not disclose these meetings..
They are both unfit for their security clearances. Anyone else would have theirs removed.
