thats the funniest thing...So they think that they do everything what they can in their self defense...just like nuclear tensions in 80s were for the same reason - both US and Soviets were thinking that they were actually defending themselves, not attacking anyone..
luckily the world survived cold war, but there were few times when it was really close...
