Be careful with what you own there. If there is a casino and someone wants your property for less than you're willing to sell it, that's how foreigners fly off of building there. A casino could be a blessing or a curse, you never know with this place.
well my house not in that problem and it is safe because the association has in total 43 houses in the same private settlement with a very great management.

as i said it is actually more than a rumour because i own also a condo in the Amari residence building at pratumnak and one of the managers told me the same thing.

btw. the planned sands casino is at thaphraya road right opposite from the new grand carribean residences. and around that spot (what was empty for many many years) have opened TONNS of new businesses, bars and restaurants just in the past 5 month.

for me that looks like more than a rumour and I am also pretty sure that this have to do with the new king.
