For the present this is the one that has legal teeth. For violating the constitution and receiving monies from his business enterprises around the world. He would not divest himself from his business and this is in fact the basis for the current ongoing impeachment process that is making head way and which he is arguably, since attorneys or judges seldom agree on what is law and what isn't, guilty of.
