Really? Lets say you have a town and 1000 people now decides to start using drugs.
Introduce executing for using drugs and you claim that not only no less than 1000 people would do the same thing, but possibly even more?
What is the logic here?
ps: surely that number would not go down to 0, but would go down very significantly.
