It's stunning. Trump hasn't paid any attention to world politics or how diplomacy works. A simple thing like the "One China" policy is completely unknown to him.
Now he has Tillerson advising him. He doesn't have a clue either. I'm sure he is very smart, but he understands oil. Not diplomacy.
