They've got to fix the intermittent issues with their chat server and users being unable to chat with models. Every time it's down, the revshare spends drop dramatically since users are unable to chat or see their tip so they don't buy tokens. They will click a model's room and get a "unable to connect to chat" error message, it was down again the first half of today and off and on the last 3 days. When it's down, the model thumbnails are also gone.
