Yep, that's why Dems lose touch with the masses. They take a gift, then way over blow it with hyperbole and make themselves seem unhinged. Lots of issues with the way the firing was done today. The letter to the office, but not bringing him in for a meeting or even a phone call to let him know beforehand. Take him to task for firing someone like that. Mention that the perception looks bad because of the ongoing investigations, and leave it at that. Let people take that and soak it in themselves. But they just can't help themselves.
As for Clinton firing him when she got into office, I'd have no issue with that at all. He bungled the past year up many times and was not fit for the job. I'd hope she'd fire him in person or at least on the phone.
Now if either of them started firing anyone that even remotely worked on the investigations and made it known if you do one iota of work to look into the emails or Russia that they would be fired immediately, then I would have a massive problem with either. And so would the law I'd imagine.
