As previously noted, the technical services company we have contracted with will continue its services through the expiration of your user database. We recognize that there have been problems with the expiration of usernames and passwords in the recent past. However, we have been assured that the technical issues have been identified and resolved and users should be expiring normally. You can use the refresh command on your former stats page to remove any user(s) which have not expired properly; And if you continue to experience problems, simply delete your GloBill monthly users on August 25, 2003 and that will eliminate the last of the expired users.

I got that too. I'm not so sure what exactly to expect from a settlement package that will be sent to my email.  |
