Rahm Emanuel is going to run for president in the future, so he can't risk working with Trump. Nothing is going to happen. Chicago is intent on being a sanctuary city and the liberal judges there give lenient sentences for violent crimes.

Chicago PD estimates that only around 1,500 people are responsible for most of the violence and they know who they are. But libtards put pressure on them to cut the "stop and frisk" program. Crime has skyrocketed since then.

And now they are relocating problem people to the traditionally safe north side and they are mucking that region up also. Otherwise safe neighborhoods now have to watch their backs. This is especially true around the traditionally gay section of Chicago. The gays there didn't protect the neighborhood's identity and now they are paying for it.
