Yes.
This is exactly what her father is talking about - bringing back jobs to America. Instead of making stuff in China, you build a plant and make it in the US. It's not like it's that difficult, others are doing it:

This kills me. Her father is President and is talking about "Making America Great Again" and bringing back jobs to the US while outsourcing EVERYTHING. Even two thirds of the staff at his resort in Florida isn't even American.
