I was first having that shutdown after 60 seconds problem on my laptop, when i started my desktop to find a cure for it, it also started restarting every minute.
Took me a while to get rid of it
good thing that the first site that came up on google when i looked for "shutdown initiated by NT authority" had a link to the patch at microsoft.
