True you have to be selective of the links you trade and make sure your trading with sites that aren't link farms
I use LS because I don't have to worry about watching for links dropping or getting changed out.
Again, anyone one that hasn't used them before or if its been a while since you've been on the site, might be worth your while to login and see what is available to trade with
