This was put in action in 2008 when Bush was President. They have been actively litigating it the ENTIRE time of Pres. Obama's administration. And the WTO finally released their decision this past week.
Had zero to do with Trump or any other President.
And if you had a brain cell left in your empty head...you wouldn't be cheering for Mexico. This whole legality was brought to the WTO because U.S. regulatory agencys were penalizing their imported tuna because they say that Mexican fisherman are catching and killing Dolphins when catching tuna.
Of course you don't know that. Because you don't watch the news or keep up with anything except whatever radical socialist blogger you happen to be following this week.
