Everyone is asking PBBC to compile a dossier, and while this process takes time you must understand that PBBC really doesn't "collect information" on what they consider small time players. This usually means people who cannot afford a 10k a month penthouse condo or the likes. Simply put, follow the money and there's nothing to be followed in this case.
