I've created and recently launched a simple service that allows website owners to manage several creatives (images or text/html blocks) to get displayed to visitors using adblock plugins.

It can be used to manage simple campaigns for your adblock traffic or to display whitelisting instructions, donation info, etc.

We don't supply any predefined creatives or systems like "you're using adblock" messages, paywalls or signup walls, etc. The service's key points are flexibility in managing your own creatives and also a few configuration parameters that can circumvent future blocks with minimal changes. Content is served through your own domain(s) by using dns cname records.

There's a 14 day free trial but a credit card or paypal is required to signup.
